Practice Description

My practice is located in a comfortable and welcoming therapy room within my home. I understand the importance of creating a peaceful and private space for healing, and I have carefully designed the room to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease during our sessions.


For your convenience, there is ample parking available on the premises, making it easy for you to access the space without stress. Whether you’re attending a session for the first time or returning for ongoing support, I strive to make the experience as accessible and accommodating as possible.

The First Session

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, which is why my aim is to offer a safe, supportive space where you feel accepted, just as you are. We’ll take time to explore what’s brought you to therapy, at your pace, without any pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with. It’s really just a gentle conversation where we can begin to get to know each other.


I’ll ask a few questions to understand what’s brought you here, and you’re welcome to ask anything too — about the process, about me, or about what you might need. I’ll also explain a bit about my approach and what therapy with me usually looks like, so you can decide if it feels like a good fit. Whether you’re feeling nervous, unsure, or simply curious, you’re very welcome here.
