Your journey to healing and self-discovery is unique, and the therapy you receive should reflect that. Together, we’ll build a safe and supportive space where you can heal, grow, and transform at your own pace.
Welcome — I'm glad you're here.
Life can present us with moments of distress, confusion, or overwhelming emotion that may leave us feeling lost or unable to cope. These experiences—whether they be related to loss, trauma, relationship breakdowns, or work stress—can often leave us feeling anxious, unsafe, depressed, or disconnected from ourselves and others.
Therapy is a process of self-discovery and empowerment, and I am here to guide you through that journey. Whether you're struggling with a specific issue or seeking overall personal growth, my goal is to help you gain clarity, improve your well-being, and rediscover your inner strength.
Together, we’ll gently explore your experiences, make sense of your feelings, and find a way forward that feels right for you.
I work with adults from all walks of life, offering therapy tailored to individual needs. There are also different ways we can work together, depending on what feels right for you. Some people choose long-term therapy, allowing space to explore deeper patterns and experiences over time, while others prefer short-term work focused on a specific concern or goal. You might like the connection and presence of face-to-face sessions, or you may find that online therapy offers the flexibility and comfort you need.
For those who feel more grounded outdoors, I also offer outdoor therapy, combining the healing power of nature with therapeutic support. And if meeting in person isn’t possible, telephone sessions provide a simple, accessible way to connect. However we choose to work together, my aim is always to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore, heal, and grow in a way that feels truly your own.
You can choose from the following options:
We might explore Behavioural Therapy to gently shift patterns of behaviour, or Brief Therapy if you’re looking for a more focused, time-limited approach. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Therapy can offer ways to understand and reshape unhelpful thought patterns, helping you feel more grounded and in control.
For processing trauma or difficult memories, EMDR can be a powerful and supportive tool. If relationships are part of what you’d like to explore, Interpersonal Therapy can help strengthen communication and connection. Sometimes, practical techniques from Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) can support change in a more structured way.
At the heart of everything is a Person-Centred approach — offering you a safe, compassionate space where your story is heard, respected, and valued.
